REVEREND EDWARD J. MCBRIDE, INTERIM PASTOR

Reverend Edward J. McBride began as Interim Pastor of First Baptist Church of North Highlands (FBCNH) on December 1, 2022. His mission is to Restore And Revive the church and bring souls to Christ.

Reverend McBride hails from Mobile, Alabama and arrived in Sacramento, California in 1968. He served in the US Army from 1971 through 1992 when he retired with an honorable discharge for service to his country.

Reverend McBride served in his church as an Usher and Deacon before answering the call to become a Minister in 1996. He successfully completed courses from World Bible School and received certificates from the World Master Series in the subjects of GOD HAS SPOKEN, THE WAY OF LIFE and THIS IS GOOD NEWS.

Reverend McBride is married to Erma Murphy McBride and is the father of five children.
